charming canal-side stay
friendly staff daily water personal atmosphere
the staff were friendly and helpful. my room was clean i received two bottles of water daily. the hotel's location is close to khaosan road but far enough away to avoid noise. i appreciated the personal atmosphere.
the bathroom had a noticeable sewer smell. it was quite unpleasant i hope they fix it.

the hotel provides complimentary daily bottled water . there is a restaurant on-site. the restaurant allows you to sit by the canal and watch wildlife, a bonus.

the reception staff offered assistance with travel information. the staff members were kind and ready to help. they seemed to consistently maintain a positive attitude.

the room included a large bed and a table. there were readily available power sockets located near the bed. the bathroom felt spacious and functional for my needs.

room unavailability no refund
the room i booked was not available i received a cheaper room instead i did not get a refund for the difference. the staff acted like they did me a favour offering breakfast for free. after the first morning i was told i would not get breakfast for the rest of my stay it was american style and just okay.

faulty plumbing twin beds
the location was fantastic close to shops and restaurants it was also quiet
upon arrival the room was not ready i had to wait i booked a room with one bed but i was given twin beds the plumbing in the shower did not work properly
